LoanPath Connect is operated by AudienceStreet Inc. and is a loan-request referral service, not a lender. This policy explains the information that may be collected once the service is connected to participating providers.

Information we may collect

Information may include contact details, identity and address information, requested loan amount, income and employment details, banking information, device information, IP address, referral source, and consent records. Sensitive fields will only be enabled after our matching provider approves the integration.

How information may be used

We may use information to process a request, match consumers with participating providers, prevent fraud, document consent, communicate about the request, comply with law, and improve the service.

Sharing

Information may be shared with participating lenders, lending partners, lead buyers, service providers, consent-certification and fraud-prevention vendors, and regulators where required. A request may result in contact by telephone, text, or email as described at the point of consent.

Consumer choices

Consumers may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, opt out of marketing communications, and revoke electronic communication consent by emailing support@theaudiencestreet.com. State-specific rights will be honored as required.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and applicable legal obligations.
